AB&I volunteers in East Oakland
November 5, 2019
On Saturday, November 2, AB&I partnered with County Supervisor Nate Miley's office, the Beautification Council, McGuire & Hester, Argent Material, Good Hope Missionary Baptist Church, Block by Block Organizing Network, the City of Oakland, Public Works, Oakland A's mascot Stomper, and East Oakland residents to plant 50 Columbia Sycamore trees along Railroad Avenue.
It was a beautiful day, made even more beautiful by the smiles and energy of all involved in beautifying this part of East Oakland which has been hit hard with illegal dumping. The transformation is incredible.
