McWane celebrates sustainability during Centennial year

To celebrate sustainability during our Centennial year, we’re highlighting sustainability projects at each McWane facility. Working together with Synapse Wireless, Inc., McWane Ductile – New Jersey reduced energy usage by 5.6% in 2020 by implementing the Synapse Energy Management System, which focuses on compressed air management and resulted in a projected annual savings of $84,000. Their goal was to reduce energy usage by at least 2% each year from 2020 to 2030, and they are well on their way.
